Addis Ababa ("New flower" in Amharic)is the third elevated capital in the world with an altitude of 2,400 m. Ancient Ethiopian artist did not copy their crafts from foreign sources but developed them independently from any outside influence.  

  Visit St. George Gallery, a pioneer in the art gallery scene in Addis Ababa, gaining a global clientele advising and curating to their collection of African art.  Today, St. George Gallery exhibits 35 established and emerging artists whose work reflects a source of inspiration in the contemporary African art scene

  Have coffee in one of the first hotels in Ethiopia – Taytu Hotel  

 Afternoon have a city tour of Addis Ababa which includes a visit to Unity Park and National Museum where you will meet the 3.2 million-year-old ‘Lucy’ – your ancient ancestor the hominoid skeleton 

 Visit Makush Art Gallery and Addis Fine Art where you will find Ethiopian Contemporary Art collection  

  Dinner at a traditional restaurant where you will enjoy cultural dance
