Lunch at a local restaurant in the city center. In the afternoon, you take a relaxing 45minute cyclo tour (one person per cyclo) around Hanoi’s Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake & Ngoc Son Temple. Breakfast at the hotel. Depart by bus for Halong Bay (approx. 2.5 hours), with a stop along the way. Halong Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for over 3,000 limestone islands and picturesque grottoes such as Thien Cung and Dau Go. On arrival, take a speedboat to your cruise. Welcome drink upon boarding. Begin a full-day cruise to explore the bay, including cave visits, kayaking, and swimming. Participate in a cooking class on the sundeck. Overnight on the cruise.
